I realize that colorblocking is, by definition, when you pair solid pieces of different colors. My outfit isn’t pure colorblocking because my red skirt is red and black tweed, but this is kind-of colorblocking, right? I’m really drawn to the hot-pink and red trend right now, and to make it more office-appropriate, I added a neutral blazer. The skirt is too short to be worn to the office without tights, but it has been so unseasonably warm here that I thought I would forgo the tights, just for the purposes of the blog.

Sorry for your bad weather luck. If it makes you feel any better, we’re currently having a snowstorm!

I’m jealous that it’s warm enough for you to not wear tights! On my end yesterday it was a windstorm, this morning a monsoon, and tonight it’s freezing.

Love the pink and red color combo!
