Holiday Shopping Guide: Beauty Products

We may earn money or products from the companies mentioned in this post.

If you happen to have any friends or family members who are beauty product-junkies like me, no need to fret about what to get them for the holidays. Here are a few of the products and gift sets on my wish list. These products cover a range of prices, and all of them are currently available on Sephora’s website. Happy shopping!

Tarte Shining Star Limited Edition Best Sellers Collection
I currently use this eyeliner and mascara, and they are both great. They are long-lasting, and they don’t smudge like some eyeliners and mascaras do. Even better? All of these Tarte products are made without parabens, synthetic dyes, or synthetic fragrances.

Sephora by OPI Spark-tacular Top Coat
Very festive! This is the perfect way to add a little glitz to any outfit.

Nars Sea of Love Gift Set
I am definitely adding this one to my Christmas list. I tried the Laguna Illuminator (far right) the last time I was at Sephora, and I was instantly hooked.

Josie Maran Organic Argan Oil
This oil is perfect for moisturizing hair, skin and nails- all of which need extra attention during these winter months.

Carol’s Daughter Monoi Repairing Hair Mask
My hair is thick, coarse, dry, and pretty damaged from heat styling. I haven’t tried this product yet, but I’ve heard great things, particularly about the heavenly scent.

Bumble and Bumble Surf Spray
As you know from this post, I wear my hair curly almost every day. The number one ingredient for tousled, beach waves? Surf spray!

Benefit “Finding Mr. Bright” Gift Set
This is the perfect gift for that friend of yours who is desperate to imitate Kourtney Kardashian’s glowing complexion. (Okay, maybe that’s just me. I’m obsessed with Kourtney’s skin, and I will probably be buying this gift set for myself once I use up my current illuminator and concealer -which, ironically, is Benefit’s Erase Paste.)

Thank you, Wynne and Neda! Neda, this blog is what keeps me sane during law school! I’m impressed that you are able to blog and be a practicing attorney at the same time! Also, argan oil is great. It makes my hair soft and shiny, but not greasy looking like a lot of shine serums do.

I’ve been meaning to try argan oil for a while and I think it’s time! By the way, I don’t know how you manage law school and keeping on top of fashion like you do– that’s pretty awesome and I really appreciate how hard that can be sometimes!! 🙂

Isn’t the Nars set lovely? I love all these holiday sets, too, but they are so tempting! Every time I go out Christmas shopping for other people, I always end up buying one of these holiday makeup sets for myself!
