{Shirt: Ann Taylor Loft, Vest: Gap, Jeans: TJ Maxx, Shoes: Missoni for Target}

This vest is extremely comfortable, and it left me wondering why I don’t wear it more often. It’s surprisingly warm, so I can’t wait for the day when it is warm enough outside to wear the vest without a winter coat over it. I really shouldn’t complain about the weather since it has been such a mild winter so far…but we are supposed to get 5″ of snow tonight on top of the 3″ we got yesterday. I’m ready for spring. On a more exciting (to me) note, our new kitchen countertops are getting installed this weekend, and Cory and I are going out tonight to pick out a new kitchen sink! It’s the little things….
I’m off to clean the house and take some “before” pictures of the kitchen for next week. Have a great weekend!
P.S. Have you checked out my new cooking blog yet?

    Thank you, ladies! Catherine, beige/tan and black is becoming my favorite color combination- it makes me feel so French! Tina, no worries. I still can’t figure out how to comment on Tumblr either!…and I would LOVE to be a lawyer/Food Network personality!

    I’m not sure how to comment on your new cooking blog (I continue to be not very technologically advanced), but everything you make looks so delicious! I think you have a future as a corporate fashion lawyer with her own cooking show.

    When making formica countertops, you can plan on spending the largest amount of your investment on the laminate. If you purchase the material directly from a local cabinet or countertop manufacture, you will get a better price than getting it from Home Depot.
