A few things:
1. I finally have internet at the house! Yes!
2. Yesterday I cheated on the challenge, (sorry!) and I wore tennis shoes, but I swear I have a good excuse. The day before I unexpectedly had to run all over campus in my (super uncomfortable) heeled boots, and now my feet hurt really bad and are blistered. I promise I’ll be back to wearing heels tomorrow. Other than yesterday and today, I’ve been going strong!
3. I hope to have my new cooking blog up and running by next week. I’ll let you know as soon as it’s live.
4. I had a marathon wedding-planning day this past weekend, and Carrie (the wedding planner) and I got so much done. I’m really excited about all of it, and I really want to tell you all about it…but, I don’t want to completely ruin the element of surprise for the guests. So, I’m torn as to whether or not to divulge all of our plans.
5. The above sweater/scarf combination has become my go-to outfit for lazy days. It is nearly as comfortable as wearing a sweatshirt, but it looks twice as nice. Okay, so maybe it isn’t nearly as comfortable as a cozy sweatshirt, but that’s what I keep telling myself as I attempt to ease out of my Christmas break hibernation period.

Thank you both! Tina, I am so buying some of that stuff this weekend. Also, I’m determined to add more wedges to my shoe wardrobe. I don’t know why I haven’t bought more of them!

Have you tried Bandaid Blister Block? It really helps! I run around a lot at work on concrete floors and wedge heels are the only things that get me through the day. I highly recommend if you’re doing a lot of walking!

Can’t wait for your cooking blog! I will have to show my husband so he can cook me all of your amazing recipes.

We enjoyed having a few surprises for our wedding guests, but I would love to hear how your planning session went!
