Chambray, Gray and Mint

{H&M sweater, Marshalls chambray shirt, Kohl’s mint jeans, Tory Burch shoes (similar), Revlon nail polish in Fire, and an unintentional bronzer overload. Hello, Snooki!}
I’m all about layering this fall, and the chambray shirt is the most versatile, perfect piece for layering. It seriously goes with everything, and the material is thin enough that it doesn’t look or feel too bulky under sweaters, and it doesn’t get too warm. I know I’ve mentioned before (here and here) how I’ve been trying to find ways to work my mint denim into my fall/winter wardrobe, even though it seems like such a springy color. Here, I paired it with charcoal gray and silver shoes. The combination of charcoal gray and mint is fast becoming one of my favorites, and I plan to wear these jeans straight through to spring.

    Thank you! I was sort of worried they wouldn’t work, except in springtime, because they look a little Easter-y, but I think the gray really helps to mute the color a little. Thanks for reading!

    I love the color of those pants. They are just muted enough that they don’t remind me of Easter 😉
