The Key to Looking Pulled Together in a Pinch

Sweater ponchos are one of my favorite pieces for transitioning between seasons because, even though they are comfy and baggy and warm, they always seem to look chic and pulled together. They’re a great way to elevate an outfit in a pinch- just throw it on, and you’ll look instantly fashionable. It works every. single. time. Choose one that is a bit thinner-knit so that it doesn’t add extra bulk to your body, and so that it will be a piece you can wear in spring as well as fall and winter. I love this one by Michael Stars and this printed version.
I’m taking my first (and most difficult) exam this morning, so please send me all of your thoughts/prayers/good vibes/etc….I’ll need them.
While I’m away studying and taking exams this week, I’ve got some ah-mazing guest posts lined up from some fabulous ladies…check back tomorrow for the first one! Happy Monday!

What are your secrets to looking pulled together in a pinch?

Super cute and quite impressive – the last week of law school was elastic waistbands only for me!
