I’m a big fan of reading blogs/social media sites that chronicle weight loss and health journeys. After talking to my friend Fran about her “Healthy-ish” series and how it’s helped keep her accountable, I decided to follow in her footsteps. I’m going to start blogging about my own journey to be my best and healthiest self!
My plan is to share my progress (please, PLEASE let there be progress, haha), foods I’m eating, workouts I’m doing, health blogs I’m reading- pretty much anything that is related to my own weight loss and health journey.
If you haven’t noticed, things have been a little quiet around here lately…I actually think it’s been two full weeks since my last Instagram post! #FAIL. For a quick little life update, I started a new job about a month ago and have been trying to get used to my new routine. I’ve also been spending most of my free time crafting for my sister-in-law’s bridal shower.
Now that things have settled down a little, I’m hoping to get back to blogging more consistently. I’ve really been missing it! So the plan is to share my “Shedding the Sugar” update each week, starting next week.
